Extra product informatie:
The vase Une étrangeté contre un mur made by Philippe Starck is one of a series of pieces made for the Daum crystal factory. First produced in fifty numbered copies, the designer then made small formats in unlimited series like this vase. Founded in 1878 in Nancy by Jean Daum, the Daum crystal factory has collaborated with the great names of Art Nouveau, creating a unique and incomparable heritage.
In this case, Starck's creations are the result of an association between a blown horn called by the designer "strangeness" and a glass plate, associated by cold gluing. Starck has also used these two elements to create other models such as Une étrangeté sous un mur.
