Information: Willem Johannes Weissenbruch (The Hague 1864- Bloemendaal 1941): Willem is the son and student of the Hague School painter HJ Weissenbruch. Willem Weissenbruch has the same style and subjects as his father HJ Weissenbruch. He painted landscapes, still lifes, water and beach views. He lived for some time in De Kaag, Nieuwkoop, Noorden and Het Gooi. He had a loose and free impressionistic style.
