Roger Hebbelinck (Brussels, 1912-1987) was a Belgian artist.

Hebbelinck worked as a painter, watercolourist, etcher and filmmaker. He became best known for his etchings. He was a pupil of A. Bastien, J. Delville, G. Van Strydonck, A. Stevens, I. Van Mens, J. Van Santen and P. Mathieu, with whom he studied at the Academy of Brussels.
At the Academy of Brussels he was taught watercolour painting by I. van Mens and engraving by J. van Santen. He etched a large number of picturesque city corners in historical cities. He realised the etchings after the drawings of Valerius De Sadeleer for the book Vingt poèmes by E. Verhaeren. As a film maker he made, among other things, the documentary La Naissance d'une Eau-forte which won a prize at the Cannes Film Festival and a documentary about the construction of the Atomium.
