Pépé Grégoire won the Buys van Hulten Prize for his work in 1974 and the Jan Hamdorff in 1985. He makes large works for public spaces (2 to 8 metres high). He also designed the VSCD Colombina Prize, a bronze statuette from the Association of Theatre and Concert Hall Directors (VSCD) for the best female supporting role of the Dutch theatre season.
