Lawrence Weiner - THE GRACE OF A GESTURE

This photo is from the 2013 Series " THE GRACE OF A GESTURE ". The photo was made for the Lawrence Weiner Venice Biennale Project by Rene Rietmeyer. This work was published in the Lawrence Weiner Venice Biennale 2013 catalogue. A version of this photo has also been exhibited at the 2015 Venice Biennale. For the series " THE GRACE OF A GESTURE ", 9 different photos were made, from each language one. This photo is nr. 02 (Arabic) from the series " THE GRACE OF A GESTURE ". In this large size there have been printed only six copies, the edition number is embossed in the paper and in the certificate of Authenticity. This photo is printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Pearl 320 gr/m2, the best paper possible for this type of photography. The paper is 60x70 cm, the image itself is 40×50cm. Seller's Story: Over the years, the Nina Collection has grown significantly through cooperations with several different artists and the European Cultural Centre (ECC). Parts of this Nina - ECC Collection are now being sold in order to help finance the cultural activities of the European Cultural Centre.
