Lived and worked in Egmond aan Zee until 1909, The Hague after 1909, Alkmaar 1912, Amsterdam until 1920 (temporarily Heerlen 1918), Laren (NH) after 1920, Schoorl 1921-1923, Amsterdam 1923; left for Dresden on 16 March 1923.
