● Dominic Rouse is an English fine art photographer who began his career as a photojournalist in the mid-1970s. His art is defined by its meticulous attention to detail and a painstaking dedication to the traditional craft of large-format photography. From his unique blend of fine art photography and digital composition emerges a cohesive body of visionary work.
● These photographs took nearly twenty years to make. The picture of the can was taken on large-format transparency film in England in the early nineties and the fish were captured digitally in the mid 2000's. They were married in the computer in 2011 and are still together.
