Dasha and Mari are twin sisters born in Kiev, Ukraine in 1985.
In the same way that a writer searches for the poetry & precision of language, the twins seek to expose their own perceptions of beauty through the balance & harmony of composition.
These stylish, cinematic works are reminiscent of the fashion photography of the past & there is a hint of the master provocateur Helmut Newton in some of their more challenging pieces.
