Dutch Drawing Company

Until the founding of the Hollandsche Teekenmaatschappij in The Hague, the watercolorists had little or no stage in the Netherlands to exhibit their works. It was therefore decided to set up an association for this purpose that could stimulate watercolors on the market. This is how the Hollandsche Teekenmaatschappij was created. The Drawing Society has died a quiet death, with the last message about 1938.
